After sorting via an exorbitant variety of superb recipes, we selected a handful of recipes and, in my opinion, prepared them for a panel of unbiased flavor testers. We narrowed it down to the top 3 recipes, after which we voted to select one fortunate winner! W, these tacos are easy to make and require minimum prep, making them an excellent dinner on disturbing weeknights. Mediterranean Turkey Burgers with Portobello Buns
Thanks to Renee Rucci from Middleton, Massachusetts, for submitting this low-carb recipe! Each burger is hearty, delicious, and packed with vitamins. The balsamic-roasted onions offer a whole lot of flavor, and Renee even controlled to sneak a few spinach into the turkey patties — one of my preferred tricks!
